About Kind Mind

Who? What? Why? How?

About Me

For years, I let fear control me. Fear of failure, not being good enough, of what others think, of not being accepted.

The anxiety this gave me paralyzed my decision making, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy, leading to a cycle of bouts of deep depression and unsustainable hyper motivation.

I've learned that fear only has as much power as we give it. It has power over us only when we keep things inside and/or run from situations.

That is why I started Kind Mind Clothing. I want to help change the framing around mental health, to encourage confidence in these conversations, and to remind us all that while struggle is part of the journey, that we are not powerless in it.

The Mission

Everyone faces mental health challenges at some point, yet so few feel comfortable talking about it—even with those closest to them. At Kind Mind, we believe that acknowledging our struggles is the first step toward growth. Our brand is a reminder that mental health matters, that it’s okay to talk about it, and that taking action toward self-care and personal development is essential. Through simple, high-quality apparel, we aim to create a movement of openness, accountability, and self-awareness—because true strength starts with a kind mind.
